Back Training with Phil Heath...

In no pose does Phil Heath's back look more impressive then this
twisting three- quarters back shot,made famous by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

He uses Wide grip pull up's to warm up and his favourite exercise is the one arm dumbell row.

Heath is on track to add even more back size without disturbing
his symmetry and lines.

Once criticized for lacking lat thickness,heath show us he's now
got back.
