JIMMY RICH - 8 WEEKS OUT FROM THE NABBA WEST 2010!

Hello to Jimmy Rich who is currently dieting for this year's NABBA West.
He is competing in the First Timers, and at this stage definately looks as though he could make an impact!!



Jimmy's diet is looking like this at the moment;

7.00am - shake-4 eggs, 60g oats, 300ml skimmed milk, scoop of whey
10.00am -chicken breast,125g rice
1.00pm -chicken breast,125g rice or sweet potato
4.00pm -whey protein shake
6.00pm -post workout shake- whey and small scoop vitargo
7.00pm -chicken or steak or fresh fish, broccolli, asparagus
snack before - almonds with a dab of peanut butter
