WILL RICH COMPETE???

Rich Rubino, 23 years old, 6'0, and 17st11..... will he ever get his ass on stage!?
He started dieting for this year's West Britain, but is so busy with work, he is still not sure if he will be able to get in shape in time.

So he is considering doing a show later in the year.... COME ON RICH... EVERYONE WANTS TO SEE YOU ON STAGE!!!!

If you are competing this year, or just want to show yourself pounding some heavy ass weight, kicking butt in the ring, or doing what ever it is that you do!
Get one of your friends or training partner to film you training in the gym etc and send it into me at mikerubino@redskinsrule.com, or upload it to youtube and give me the link and I will put the video's on this blog!!

Glimpse of Rich Rubino!....

Rich Rubino is 8 weeks out from the NABBA West this year, and although he his undecided as to whether he will be able to compete to due work commitments, he is still dieting, and from the look of this picture, it looks like he could make an appearencce in the First Timers!! So watch out!
