MIKE RUBINO... UKBFF SOUTH EAST 2010

Mike placed 4th out of 15 in this year's UKBFF South East Championships Men's Intermediate Under 90kg. Unfortunately he got his carb up wrong in the morning and went out to pre judging looking smooth and watery, he tightned up dramatically for the evening show but by then it was too late, and he went home trophyless!!!



" I would like to thank Mike & Julie at Trojan, all the help they have given me in my prep for the show, really couldn't have done it without their support, I woke up the morning of the show looking the best I'd ever looked, and by 5pm the same night at pre judging I looked completely different, just goes to show how easy it is to get it wrong!! This was my last show, shame I couldn't go out with a win but nevermind... MMA here I come. "
